Scheduling

Our practise is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM until 1 PM and from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM. We understanding our patients that are unable to schedule their appointments during regular hours and we are exploring the possibility of adding extended hours to accommodate them. 


We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that same day. In addition, one of our doctors is always on call 24 hours per day and is reachable through our automatic telephone system. Should you call with an emergency after working hours, your call will be transfered to your doctor.


We consider an appointment a commitment by both us and you. In addition to reserving time with the appropriate provider of care, each treatment room is prepared individually for each patient's procedure. We, respectfully, ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. In the case that something unforeseen occurs that makes it impossible for you to keep your appointment, we ask that you please provide the office at least 48 hours' notice so that we may offer the time to another person in need of care. 


We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact that Dental Euroclinic provides many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
